French Michelin Star Restaurants 2017
Last week, the Michelin Guide announced this year’s much-awaited list of new stars, revealing its French Michelin star restaurants.
The highlights:
Three stars
- One new 3-star: Restaurant 1947 at the Cheval Blanc Hotel in Courchevel ski resort
- 27 three-star restaurants in total
- Two stars
- 12 new 2-star restaurants
- One star
- 12 restaurants received their first star
- 57 one-star restaurants in total
- General
- France counts 616 Michelin-starred restaurants in total
- 70 new stars were awarded in total this year

The new Michelin Guide 2017 for France will be available from February 15th.
