Join Us for a Unique Epicurean Experience

Cook the most traditional Spanish recipes with our team of professional chefs.

Discover the local culture through gastronomy with our hands-on workshops. Our half-day workshops are highly participative. You will learn how to cook the Spanish dishes that have travelled the world. You will cook them yourself with the aid of an experienced chef and the complicity of a small group.

Amongst scents, flavours and good wine, we will unveil the secrets of our cuisine while you enjoy a traditional meal. Back home, you will be able to impress your guests with new recipes!

You can start with a walking tour around one of our famous markets, where our chefs will give you plenty of tips on picking local, seasonal products. Back at the school, you’ll continue your cooking experience and you’ll end your day adventure enjoying the food you have prepared in a friendly and casual atmosphere!!

Complete Your Cooking Experience with a Visit to One of Our Fabulous Markets

Take the visit to an emblematic market previous to the cooking class and learn all the clues to get the best and freshest ingredients for your traditional cooking.

Barcelona’s food markets are an essential element of the city’s life. Each neighborhood boasts its own, usually located within remarkable late 19th century buildings, which gather the commercial life of each area. We are luckily located right between two of the most amazing markets of the city: La Boqueria, in Les Rambles, and Santa Caterina Market, in La Ribera-El Born area, which has recently been restored and shines with a stunning colourful roof. Venturing in either of those markets means discovering the city’s essence; that’s where you will find true fusion of colours, shapes and aromas of high quality foods from around the world.

The visit to the market is only available from Tuesday to Saturday morning, and also Friday evening.

The market tour is only available for clients signing up for the following cooking class.

Holiday closures: Dec 24th, 25th, 31st and Jan 1st

What Our Guests Say

"The food was so good"

We did the market tour and the group consisted of three people. The market was beautiful, clean and very cool. The locals at the market were super friendly and fun. Josh was our guide and he was great! His sense of humour was on point and you can tell he really enjoyed leading this tour. The food was so good and we were so full! Highly recommend this tour!

"Completely fantastic"

What a wonderful way to get to know Spain and its food! We did the 'Market' tour, and it was completely fantastic. Our guide took us through a very local (no other tourists!) marketplace brimming with jamon & cheese, fresh cherries, gorgeous cookies, amazing seafood & wine, and divine tapas!

"Exceeded our expectations"

We make a point of taking a food tour in every city we visit so we've developed very high expectations. Our guide met and exceeded our expectations. The market tour gave us lots of good info about local cuisine and lots to eat and drink as well. It was a casual, friendly walk through a fabulous market. It even pushed me to try things I've never tried.

"Amazing way to experience Spain"

The food we tried was some of the best I've ever tasted. Jamon Iberico, seafood, olives, red wine... all amazing. As we walked to the dessert shop our guide described some history and architecture of local neighborhoods and then we sampled some of the best desserts I've ever tasted. This tour was an amazing way to experience Spain.
