THE TOUR & COOKING CLASS
This food experience goes far beyond a mere visit. With a visit to the Triana market and a fun cooking class guided by a professionally trained chef, you’ll learn what it is like to shop, cook, and eat like a local.
Don’t worry if it’s your first time in the kitchen. You’ll love mastering new skills and techniques while learning about Seville’s culture in a relaxed atmosphere. When you return home, you’ll have written recipes and lots of tips to practice what you’ve learned!
Highlights
- You’ll shop at a local market and learn how to select the right veggies, meat, fish, and fruit. You’ll also meet many vendors, some for generations.
- A hands-on Spanish cooking class where you’ll prepare a 4-course lunch, featuring local favorites like paella. But you’ll also create a cold soup, a first course, and a light dessert. Sangría is made and served during cooking time.
- Share the amazing food you prepared for this lunch and enjoy social time together. (With 2 drinks included!)
What will you cook?
- Salmorejo, Gazpacho or Ajoblanco.
- Spinach with chickpeas, Spanish potato omelet, or codfish fritters.
- Paella Valenciana.
- Light dessert (surprise!).
