We keep groups cozy — usually 8 to 10 guests, with a maximum of 12 to keep things intimate and fun.

English is our main language (99% of tours), but many guides speak Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Catalan, and Italian. For other languages, private tours work best—let us know in advance!

Daytime sweet and market tours are great for families. Kids under 2 don’t need a ticket.

No worries. Most tastings happen indoors or in shaded, comfy spots. Rain won’t ruin the fun, and we adapt routes when the weather turns extreme. If conditions ever become unsafe (hello, freak heatwave), we’ll be in touch to reschedule or offer options. Your comfort—and appetite—come first.

Travel insurance is always recommended for peace of mind but not required to join our tours. No special documents beyond your booking confirmation and valid ID are needed.

Most tours run a few hours and include 1 to 1.5 km of easy walking, broken up with plenty of delicious stops. The pace is relaxed, and the terrain is flat. If you’ve got mobility concerns, just let us know—we’re happy to adapt or recommend the best tour for your comfort.

Unfortunately, no, we do not have any specific deals with our partners for non-alcoholic drinkers since soft drinks are even more expensive than wine in this country!

Each tour’s meeting point is clearly listed on the tour description page, in your confirmation email, and in the follow-up reminder. Most tours end either at the starting point or a nearby, easy-to-navigate location—no surprise treks across town.

No need to print—your phone works perfectly. Look for your guide right at the meeting point; they’ll probably come up and ask if you’re “a food lover” (shh… that’s the secret password!).

Comfortable shoes, an appetite, and your phone with the reservation in hand. Weather-appropriate clothing is a plus...

We recommend enjoying the full curated experience, so please avoid bringing outside food or alcohol. Bottled water is fine and often provided.

Tips aren’t included but are always appreciated if you feel your guide did a great job. It’s entirely up to you.

Meeting points are usually easy to reach by public transport. If you’re driving, we can provide parking tips on request.

- Private Tours: Full refund if you cancel 7+ days ahead.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and Flexi-Pass™ are non-refundable.

Tours start on time. Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you’re late or get lost, refunds aren’t given. Contact us ASAP if you’re running behind — we’ll help if we can.
